Meal Plan Terms & Conditions

Refund Policy:

Meal Swipes and Dining Dollars are non-refundable after drop/add date. Unused Block meal swipes plans will rollover fall to spring, and any unused block plans will be forfeited at the end of the academic year. A meal “week” begins every Friday morning. Tiger Meals expire Tiger Meals in Mandatory Plans are to be used on a weekly basis, which begin every Friday morning and expire Thursday night. Dining Dollars roll over year to year or until you graduate, at which point you forfeit your remaining balance. Exceptions will be made for processing errors. All refunds for processing errors will be refunded to the credit card used for the purchase.

 

Promotions:

Promotions are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash, gift cards, credit, or toward previous purchases.  Other exclusions may apply.  Void where prohibited.  Additional restrictions may apply.  Aramark reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion or offer at any time.  Refer to each Promotion’s respective materials for additional details, instructions, and requirements.
